Key Responsibilities
Leadership Functions: 
 
Provides direction and training to Curriculum Coordinators. Coordinates with Pre-Clinical faculty and staff to facilitate task distribution and monitor daily department workflow. Researches and implements new technologies and provides training.


Key Responsibilities
Classroom Support Functions: 
 
Coordinates with Pre-Clinical faculty and staff to provide classroom support for the Northwest campus including processing and approving room reservations, data entry and maintenance of OMS I and OMS II 
curriculum calendars, scheduling webcast recordings, facilitating in-class quizzes, day-of classroom set-up and technical support, and serving as a lead proctor for exams and examination review periods.


Key Responsibilities
Assessment Functions: 
 
Prepares and maintains spreadsheets and databases related to student grades, course statistics and educational outcomes. Processes and submits grades and grade changes to the course or system director, COMP administration, and the Registrar. Monitors course deadlines and collaborates with Pre-Clinical team members responsible for assessments to create, edit, and finalize: assessments, exam question submission forms, discussion and challenge forums, and remediation materials. Assists Assessment Specialists on assessment related duties as needed.


Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Functions: 
 
Monitors and responds to faculty and student emails through Outlook and the OTRS ticketing system. Works closely with the Universitys Center for Disability (CDHP) to provide approved students accommodations and collaborates with colleges sharing COMPs curriculum.


Key Responsibilities
Report Functions: 
 
Produces appropriate reports related to student performance, exam reliability, course outcomes and item analyses. Maintains exam question bank and tracks learning outcomes.


Key Responsibilities
Financial Functions: 
 
Coordinates with Pre-Clinical budget representative to ensure prompt payment of contracted workers and vendors, and to purchase department supplies.

Attends, assists with and participates in WesternU, COMP, and department events/activities as directed.
