Job Summary

The Department of Civil, Environmental & Architectural Engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder is seeking a Research Associate to investigate large deformation mixture theory poromechanics formulations, both quasi-statically and dynamically, for compression of porous portions of mock high explosive (HE) material during pressing. Study literature
Formulate large deformation mixture theory for porous media equations
Test numerical implementations in 1D python code

What We Can Offer

The annual salary range associated with this position is $40,000.00 - $60,000.00.
