Job Summary
The Department of Civil, Environmental & Architectural Engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder is seeking a Research Associate to investigate large deformation mixture theory poromechanics formulations, both quasi-statically and dynamically, for compression of porous portions of mock high explosive (HE) material during pressing. What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
- Study literature
- Formulate large deformation mixture theory for porous media equations
- Test numerical implementations in 1D python code
What We Can Offer
The annual salary range associated with this position is $40,000.00 - $60,000.00.
